i found the staff at the reception friendly. they were helpful when i checked in. the food selection had some variety, and themed nights were a nice touch. i also liked the snack bar. it was good for a quick bite between meals.
The air conditioning in my room did not work well. It blew only hot air. when i reported this, i was told to turn it off. the public areas seemed dirty and needed better upkeep. the pool area also needed some repairs.

The staff were attentive and polite throughout my stay. the room was spacious with comfortable beds and a great sea view. I really enjoyed waking up to that! the food was plentiful, and there was always a good variety to choose from, ensuring that every meal was satisfying.
The wi-fi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel. This made it difficult to stay connected at times

The hotel had multiple pools with dedicated kids' areas, this made it a family-friendly environment. i noticed the gym had updated equipment like treadmills and stationary bikes. This allowed for good workouts .

the hotel is near to the beach and it is accessible by a short walk. shops and markets are nearby, though the immediate area surrounding the hotel is a bit touristy, so it is not ideal.

The hotel had two clean pools and a spa area. I received an really good massage at a reasonable price. The beach was very close, accessible in just a few minutes. Food options were plentiful, with vegetarian choices available, and there was pizza that was freshly made each evening.
The evening entertainment was not great. I wish there had been more options.

The room featured efficient air conditioning, maintaining a comfortable temperature. Cleaners provided daily service and were friendly. The room size was good. I was happy with the provided amenities.

The pools were clean and lifeguards were present all day at both pools. There was an adults-only quiet area with sun loungers. The hotel also provided its own taxis, a cheaper alternative to regular taxis.

Rado, the guest relations manager, was always available and helpful. He always had a smile and was ready to assist with anything needed. The hotel manager Alexander was also cute.

the hotel provided consistent cleanliness, with rooms receiving daily service. the food selection featured considerable variety. I found plenty of options suiting different tastes. i particularly enjoyed the beach proximity. It allowed easy access for daily swims. the bars are good, i loved spending time there.
however, the outdoor drinks were often served in small, single-use plastic cups. this contributed to frequent queues and felt environmentally wasteful. i hope they consider re-usable cups for a better experience.

the hotel staff demonstrated good service, with prompt attention to requests. the bar service was fast and efficient, a welcome experience during peak hours. every team member did their best .

The drinks throughout our stay were satisfactory I think plastic glasses are wrong but that is the standard now.
Entertainment at the hotel was poor the animation staff seemed focused on themselves I saw very little interaction from them. I was not approached to take part in any activity. Their interpretation of Jewish people greeting each other involved searching each other I complained but the manager seemed unconcerned.
